These terms describe the use of Q&J's RFQ-first website for business inquiries.
No online sale by browsing
The website presents product categories and sourcing capabilities for business inquiry purposes. It does not create an offer to sell, purchase order acceptance, allocation commitment, or inventory reservation.
Quotes and availability
All prices, availability, lead times, condition descriptions, warranty paths, and commercial terms must be confirmed in writing for each transaction.
Product names
Manufacturer and product names are used to identify requested product families or compatible items. Any manufacturer authorization, partner status, or affiliation must be separately documented in writing.
Compliance
Transactions may require export-control, sanctions, restricted-party, destination, end-user, and end-use review. Q&J may decline requests that cannot pass review.
No sensitive submissions
Public website forms are not intended for EIN, SSN, bank account details, credit card numbers, identity documents, or personal financial information.
